Uproxx Studios is looking for a Jr. Creative and Content Strategist to join our Studio team. The ideal candidate is an expert in communication, sourcing stories, copywriting and content ideation. Working both collaboratively and independently in a fast paced environment is essential. Time management, sticking to deadlines, and a positive attitude are also very important to the team. The right person will be eager to learn from a team of seasoned Creatives and excited to hone their skills as a creative thinker and writer. This person should be passionate about creating content and being part of the current conversations in digital media. The verticals we specialize in are sports, technology, pop culture, entertainment, music, videogames and more, and we are looking to hire someone who would be considered an expert amongst their friends in at least one of those categories.

You will report to the Creative Director and Studio Content Strategist, and work directly with the sales teams to develop video concepts and 360 programs for an array of clients, while consistently staying up to date with the latest trends in digital and social media. You will help concept, develop, and write pitches for pre-sale content pitches as well as research talent, cultural insights, and anything else the Creative team might need. In addition to write ups for pre-sale you may also be asked to develop copy for decks or assist in pre-production treatment/script writing.


  • 1-2 years experience working as part of a creative team
  • Four year Bachelor Degree or relevant credentials
  • Background in media & digital advertising
  • Passion for Content Marketing, Writing and Video Content Creation
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in digital content and entertainment a must
  • Journalism background a plus
